Miscellaneous Tips

GCDs spent on healing and utilities are GCDs not spent on damage, but both are necessary to down a raid boss. Find the balance to optimize your contributions to your raid team.

Maintain Earth Shield on one ally if both Elemental Orbit and Therazane’s Resilience are talented.

Time spent in Ghost Wolf is time spent not doing damage. Practice proactive movement and utilize Spiritwalker’s Grace, Gust of Wind and instant casts as much as you can for movement heavy encounters.

Planning and using Earth Elemental on a particular phase can alleviate difficult parts of a fight by increasing your maximum health by an additional 15% if Primordial Bond is talented.

Volunteering for interrupt assignments can be especially beneficial considering Windveil provides a noticeable amount of damage reduction while Inundate grants additional resources.

Remember to buy Gateway Control Shard. It will allow you to use Demonic Gateway easily.

- Focus down Light Embers and Void Embers whenever they are present.
- Use Spiritwalker’s Grace and Gust of Wind to maintain uptime during Phase 2.
Defensives:
- Use Astral Shift for Light Flames and Void Flames during Phase 2.
- Use Healing Surge as needed and utilize Healing Stream Totem as a movement filler.
Utilities:
- Use Wind Rush Totem to help players navigate during Phase 2.
- Use Wind Shear to interrupt Light Eruption from Light Embers and Void Eruption from Void Embers.
Additional Notes:
- If available, use Demonic Gateway to negate the knockup from Death Drop.
